I hear ya. The money thing is tough. I developed this program for that reason. Many times people want to work with me but they can't afford my 1:1 rates. The cost of this program is what it would cost to work with me 1:1 for one month PLUS you're getting educational videos, community support from moms who get it and regular interaction and insight from me in the FB group. Yes, it's a financial investment but it's a killer deal. Oh and opting into this first round means you're getting crazy good value at a lower price point than it will be at in the future.
I know that time is never free flowing in #momlife. I also have learned the hard way that self-care is non-negotiable in motherhood. First things first, we must get clear on how to determine if this "works" or not. This is not a weight loss program by any means. In fact, we'll be working to take the focus OFF of the scale and redirect it to authentic, whole well-being. Food and body image "stuff" can take a long time to develop and it's often reinforced by diet culture so while I can't tell you that all of your food and body stuff will be better after 90 days, I can tell you that you WILL experience an increase in your mindful awareness and your body, have a better relationship with food than when you started and a new set of practical tools in your toolbox to use in day to day life. If you've done the work and stayed committed (watched every video, completed every handout and participated regularly in the closed FB group) and feel you haven't learned anything or improved your relationship with food and your body, I will give you 1 month of FREE 1:1 nutrition counseling with me. What if something comes up in the middle of program? Can I get a refund?

I have an eating disorder. Is this for me?
Good question. This program is not designed as part of eating disorder treatment and would not be appropriate for anyone with an active eating disorder. I'm Lindsay Stenovec, Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Therapist, who is on a mission to help moms everywhere find food freedom and body trust. I have spent over 8 years, literally thousands of hours, helping women improve their relationship with food and their bodies. Not only that, but prior to becoming a specialist in nutrition therapy for disordered eating, I healed from my own experiences with poor body image and chronic dieting. After working as the lead dietitian for an eating disorder treatment center for two years, I launched my private practice (Nurition Instincts®) and, over the course of 6 years, have grown my brick and mortar business from a solo practice to a small group practice. Over the years, I've seen the pain that disordered eating and poor body image brings to families.
