I hear ya. The money thing is tough. That's one of the reasons why I developed this program. Many times, moms want to work with me but they can't afford my one-to-one rates. The cost of this program is LESS than what it would cost to work with me individually for two sessions PLUS you're getting educational videos, worksheets that keep you focused and learning between modules and community support from moms who get it and. Yes, it's a financial investment but it's a killer deal and the program is packed with valuable videos and tools that will help you feel in control of food and at peace with your body. 
 
Time
 
I know that time is never free flowing in #momlife. I also have learned the hard way that self-care is non-negotiable in motherhood. Now, if you feel things are going great with your self-care routine and you have a great relationship with food and your body then this is not a program you need. If that's not the case, I highly encourage you to think about the time and energy that is spent on these challenges you're facing. What would you do with that time and energy if it wasn't being spent on food and body stuff? What is this costing you in time (and money) to NOT invest in yourself? And remember, this program is self-paced so you can fit it in when and where you can. There is also a pre-module that helps you make room for the program in your schedule and set a plan for staying on task.
 
Format
 
Never taken an online course? You're in luck, I've taken MANY! I'm also adjunct faculty at a local community college where I teach online. I've set this up so that it will be easy to stay on track and catch up if you do get behind. You'll have an option to watch educational videos or download audio so that you can listen in the car or on a walk. All materials will be easy to access and I'll have a system in place to easily request more support if necessary. I've got yo' back.
 
What if this doesn't work?
 
First things first, we must get clear on how to determine if this "works" or not. This is not a weight loss program by any means. In fact, we'll be working to take the focus OFF of the scale and redirect it to authentic, whole well-being. Food and body image "stuff" can take a long time to develop and it's often reinforced by diet culture so while I can't tell you that all of your food and body stuff will magically resolve, I can tell you that you WILL experience an increase in your mindful awareness of your body, have a significantly better relationship with food than when you started and a new set of practical tools in your toolbox to use in day to day life. If you've done the work and stayed committed (watched every video, completed every handout and participated regularly in the closed FB group) and feel you haven't learned anything or improved your relationship with food and your body, I will happily refund your money. 
 
How long will I have access?
 
This is a self-paced program so you can take it as fast or as slow as you need to. For 12 weeks after purchase, you'll gain access one module every other week. You'll have access to all of the materials for a minimum of 1 year from your purchase. After that, you can keep the materials for as long as the course exists!

I should probably introduce myself, huh?

Lindsay Stenovec

I'm Lindsay Stenovec, Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Therapist, who is on a mission to help moms everywhere find food freedom and body trust. I have spent over 8 years, literally thousands of hours, helping women improve their relationship with food and their bodies. Not only that, but prior to becoming a specialist in nutrition therapy for disordered eating, I healed from my own experiences with poor body image and chronic dieting. After working as the lead dietitian for an eating disorder treatment center for two years, I launched my private practice (Nurition Instincts®) and, over the course of 6 years, have grown my brick and mortar business from a solo practice to a small group practice. Over the years, I've seen the pain that disordered eating and poor body image brings to families. Once I went through my own transition into motherhood, I also learned firsthand how simultaneously joyful and challenging that time can be and saw how risky it can be for women to develop disordered eating and feel crummy in their bodies. I was comforted by how protective my own healthy relationship with food and body was despite my own experiences with postpartum depression and anxiety. I want all women to have access to that food and body peace. Hence, the launch of The Nurtured Mama® and all of it's support resources and sisterhood! I'm so proud to be opening the doors to my Eat.
