One Strong Mama

One Strong Mama is an online evidence-based, body inclusive, exercise program for moms. Creators Lauren Ohayon and Lindsay McCoy provide exercises and education so that pregnant mamas can protect and strengthen their pelvic floor, stay in proper and safe alignment, prepare for childbirth and use movement to relieve common back pain and other ailments during pregnancy. They are a wealth of knowledge and are focused on solid physical care for all mamas - not the number on a scale.
